 Basically 3 chicks decided to start a fun tool for their friends (sk-rt.com) which I love.  Many months later Skirt! Magazine (which is a totally different sort of business) bought skirt.com (which was just a chick who sold skirts).  Then Skirt! Mag changed their design which oddly suddenly looked like the more popular sk-rt.com.  Sk-rt.com offered to help promote them (FOR FREE!) because sk-rt.com is all about sisterhood and in turn Skirt! Mag sued them for trademark infringement.  And of course, skirt! mag lost because they don't have a leg to stand on.  But then skirt! Mag threatened to just keep suing them and since Sk-rt has no money because they aren't a huge corporate entity they are deciding to just change their name and are having a contest now to let everyone decide the new name. 

The whole thing reeks of corporate bullying at its slimiest in my opinion and is so hypocritical since Skirt! Mag (which is a free mag stuffed with ads, much like the penny saver, btw) is supposed to be all about girl power yet is pulling this kind of crap behind their readers backs.
