Another bad day

Well I woke up this morning feeling sick once again. I'm a stay at home mom with a toddler that gets into everything so I'm always chasing him around trying to keep him from screaming and giving me a worse headache than I already have. no such luck with that. he tore to shreds a board game that the neighboor let us borrow that I thought was far enough out of his reach. now I get to pay to replace it. Our puppies are 6 weeks old and still not house trained so I get to clean up pee and poo all day long (excluding my sons diapers) and when they do poo its in our driveway so I get to spray it off with the hose later in the afternoon anyways. I live in a 2 room shack not 2 bedroom but the living room and kitchen is one room and me lee and our sons room is the other room. we have a bathroom too but its not large enough to call a room id call it a bathroom in a closet. I need to get out and have some me time but lee doesnt like to watch michael (our son) instead he is always going over to the neighboors house to hang out. I need some help around here or a sitter so i can try to get things organized. sometimes i just wanna scream.
