Oh No You Di'nt!
I'm a fairly private person to begin with. Why is it that when I finally make my engagement public (social sites, telling the fam & friends, etc) I find out "Bob" has turned into some sexual Santa Claus? I've heard of places advertising "Christmas in July" sales, but c'mon!! It's only June for christ sakes!!
I know this situation is not unique, but why is it that men (and women) tend to 'stray' once they get comfortable in a relationship?
We were to get married on Christmas Eve, this year. I feel like a total moron for trusting this person. Hadn't dated in 2 years because last relationship was a major mind job.
Too bad castration isn't legal...
Instead of "random bitch", maybe I should change it to "I wanna change the world".
I wanna make castration legal. Is that too much to ask?!?
Pitches
I think for certian crimes castration sould be legal...Rape ... child molestation ....

Yes!! I bet they do that in some countries.

I don't see or hear much of this "straying" business in my world. Maybe we're lucky?
I'm over 30. Straying does not appeal to me. Having something solid and real does. Straying never appealed to me though.
I don't know why other people do it. Self esteem issues perhaps?

All I can say is ooouuuuuucch! think I'll stay home tonight!
Seriosuly, though, agree with byrd regarding child molestation & rape cases. It probably would have a dramatic effect. hmmmmm
What are some other options?

@rebelen13 - I don't know why people do it either. I have never cheated and never would. I've seen the damage it does the other person, let alone if there's kids, etc involved. Could be self esteem. Maybe just bored in the mindset that the "grass is always greener oh HER side".
I also agree with byrd and aronado on legalizing it in extreme cases such as child molestation & rape.
Real options? Truthfully, I don't think there really are any. This is where it gets sticky for many people because, IMO, straying/adultery is usually seen from a religious point of view, i.e. bible, marriage vows, etc. Many people aren't like that, though.
In my perfect world: Maybe if there was 100% proof, no room for doubt, then maybe something could be done to him/her. Proof like: photos, video, audio, emails... or whatever. At the very least people like that should be maybe sterilized. People like that should not breed. Alot of people see punishment as being financially punished. Fines? But that seems kinda retarded to me, but hey, whatever works, right?
Sorry for long-winded reply here. But really, it's almost impossible to "get back" or "hurt" people like that that stray simply because they don't really care about your relationship to begin with and obviously don't possess much of a conscience. Again, this is only my opinion here.

LadyE-
Hummm...
I don't think that getting back at someone or hurting them is the answer. Moving on and building a better life for you is. Be the better person.
I'm not saying that "ignorance is bliss". Believe me, I was one helluva bad ass in my day and loved and lived the word Revenge.
Aronado and Byrd-
I thought that chemical castration was brought up before as a means of capital punishment in the U.S? What happened with that? Maybe I'm wrong but I thought it had been done to a few serial rapist.
Lemme see....

@rebelene13 - I agree with you 100% about not hurting or getting back at the person. People have a tendancy to get what I've heard referred to as "righteous anger" and then they stoop to the cheater's level with revenge. But I am human and it did cross my mind. Albeit briefly.
I have never heard of chemical castration before. Honestly, it does sound pretty brutal, but then again, if it were a case of molestation or rape, I might think it more justifiable. Thanks for the links.

I must say this is the first I've heard of such a "tool". You've got to tell me where you got it!! Sorry, that's the funniest word I've seen in a long time.
I love the name BitchAss too.
Now how would a castrator be pitched to Congress? Just askin'...
