I hung up and that damn phone solicitor stayed on the line..

Really. I hung up 3 times.3! I waited between each hang up and could not shake that call.

Now this was one of those "Please stay on the line"...then music...then a live voice calls.

I told Ms. Live voice that it is illegal to keep my phone busy after I hang up and she proceeds to jabber that she was not aware of that and this must be new.

" Oh no, honey. Nothing new about it. If I have to call 911 and you are blocking that call, you could be in serious trouble."

"My supervisor must not be aware of this."

"I guss you best make that person aware cause if I accidentally shot myself in the foot with this gun I happen to be cleaning, I couldn't call for help!"

Calling the number back only allowed me to be placed on a "Do Not Call List."

If this kind of call happens to you, just repeat the above gun statement.
