Doggon dog owners make me sooo mad

I cannot stand it when dog owners let their dogs jump on people. Don't get me wrong, I love dogs, I own a dog, but I have also been attacked by a few dogs in my life. There is nothing more unnerving to me than when I walk into a house only to be nearly knocked over by an animal I don't know. What makes this situation worse? when the owner stands there giggling and says something along the line of "oh look he is so happy to see you!" I kid you not, a woman uttered that very phrase to me as her 100-pound yellow lab humped my leg in her front hall way. There is no excuse for not controling this behavior. If you have a dog, and you plan on inviting people into your house, do us all a favor and make sure he has mastered the whole "sit" and "stay" thing first.
