Customer Service
I had to return some items I bought over the weekend. Of course once I got to the store I had to go to the return counter. The return counter was also a cashier so the line was long.
I waited patiently. When my turn was up - the woman asked me how she could help. I said i needed to return some things. she then went on to ask me why? what was wrong with them? did I need to see a manager?
No, I answered politely. I'd like to get my money back. She asked me again, why/ what was wrong with the stuff?
WHAT THE FUCK?!?!
Can't I just return the fucking items without getting the third degree. I just want my money back!!!
I had to fill out a form -- that asked me why? what was wrong w/ the item?
I know that some of you will say - that's nice, good cutomer service. WRONG. Why cant i go and return something w/ the tags still attached, receipt in hand and in the bag and not be asked a million fucking questions?
too much customer service isn't good either. Balance people. Balance!
