We do appreciate you taking the time to post.

The founder was actually my wife.  She came up with the name and we worked on the concept together. The tagline "anyone can b!tch, it takes balls to be a betty" was created by two women in New York and Boston whom you may probably know. 

We are using the term "b!tch" as the rant or rave if you will.  I am not sure why you see "betty" as wimpy.

 

Just in case you missed it the concept really is:

  • If you are discontent, unhappy, or downright pissed off about anything in the world, post a short "b!tch"
  • Support others by posting a "pitch" (your idea) to help them with the problem or issue or to join hands and start a committe to take specific actions

    We are attempting to create a social support medium and do it in a fun loving way.

    My advice to you is: Quit being so damn uptight and don't take yourself so damn seriously!
