Well's Fargo Bank SUCKS!!

 

I have never been with such a horrible bank. Well's Fargo loves to pull you further down, when you are already down!! This is how they make their money.

I had a business account with them and had a few months of slow times, when my deposits would hit right after my checks. In three months we incurred $4,835 in FEES ALONE!! They give you fees and then charge fees on top of fees if your fees were not covered from funds in your bank. And it keeps happening, but it gets worse because now the $1000 in employee checks are coming in, but there were $1,000 in fees!! So you still don't have the money in your bank!! And then our employees who we love, get returned checks!! That sucks!

And don't even try to get some of these fees covered, because they'll just piss you off more! You go to the bank to ask for help, and they tell you to call the 800 line, then you call the 800 line, and they tell you to go to your bank, then you ask for someone Superior to this, they give you the VP's name and number, the VP tells you he can't do anything, that you need to call the 800 #!!!! What the FUCK???

Then the bank tells you they will reverse $100. And "Sir, after this we will no longer be able to reverse any other fees for the year."

The Wells Fargo employees have their hands tied behind their backs. And those Wells Fargo emploees who do want to help people end up getting fired or they leave because they don't like working with their hands tied. Wells Fargo should understand that people are smart enough to know what is right and wrong...

Well's Fargo is WRONG!

I understand business, I am a business owner. I understand making money is one way to survive, but how can you live with yourself knowing that you pull people down when they are already down? Wells Fargo, your just gonna die one day like the rest of us, you might as well do something good for the community.

What you did to us and many others, is take a bowl of food out of the hands of a starving child who has not eaten in days. How can you live with yourself?????
